2 things you can do. 1. Command prompt -> ipconfig /release -> ipconfig /renew 2. Disable the Ethernet jack and reenable it

Check your Ethernet adapter in your settings 1. Make sure it’s enabled 2. Make sure your drivers are up to date 3. Check your adapter properties and make sure nothing obvious is disabled or set incorrectly. Like if you have 1Gb internet, don’t have your flow control set to 250 Mbps, set it to 1 Gb Full Duplex

try restarting your motem, unplug your router then unplug your motem for 45 seconds, then replug your motem and replug your router to full restart

Yessir, multiple times

Disabled Ethernet device in control panel and then re enable. If that doesn’t work connect to WiFi delete Ethernet driver and then restart device. Also look for optional updates

I would recommend updating your drivers on your pc. Download them on a different pc and then use a usb stick to copy those files to your pc. If that doesn’t work, I recommend a Bios update if u know how to do it and are comfortable with that.
