Today marks 5 years since Semina Mary Halliwell died after reporting she had been groomed, raped and beaten. During these five years, I have fought for justice and accountability for my baby, I wanted answers, If anyone had approached me and if acknowledgements had been made that they made mistakes that led Semina to make her decision, I would have been able to forgive them even though it was the worst time of my life. I want to especially thank Laurence Fox for sticking his head above the parapet to make a documentary that showed the world Semina’s story through the eyes of all who loved her and the injustice that no one else wanted to talk about. There was a fight onstage between our crew and SNL stage hands moments before our performance, wrestling over some upside down American flags which adorned our amps. Timmy C then attacked host/billionarie/presidential candidate Steve Forbes’ family in the dressing room with a wadded up flag. Secret Service flooded the hallways. SNL cut (censored?) our second song and kicked us out onto the sidewalk. Evil Empire entered the Billboard Album Chart at #1.
