Iraqi Kurds have held a march in support of Kurds and Kurdish forces in Syria, who have ceded control of a wide area after advances by Syrian government troops. The two sides have agreed a ceasefire deal including integration of Kurdish SDF forces into the Syrian military.

‼️🇸🇾 Kurds working with the Syrian government were sent to help Kurdish civilians evacuate from Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiya neighborhood. 📌 Just like my Kurdish mother from Kobane raised me, do not believe the lies 🤥 that the #SDF is representative of all Syrian Kurds. 📌 Most Syrian Kurds stand with our government in Damascus against the SDF terrorists.

A Kurdish woman’s message to Donald J. Trump Once again, the U.S. president has made a deal with Erdoğan and betrayed the Kurds in Syria. This shameful deal was brokered by the U.S. ambassador to Turkey, Tom Barrack. Meanwhile, the so-called Syrian regime, with the help of Turkey, is attacking and bombing the Kurds in Syria. At the same time, the U.S. ambassador in Turkeywho is also the U.S. special envoy for Syria is telling the U.S.-backed SDF in Syria not to respond to the Syrian regime’s attacks and to allow Turkey and Jolani to remove the Kurds from Aleppo.
