The first 3 states VAT is going to be reduced, especially Lagos. Currently, Lagos enjoys the majority because most Headquaters are suitauted in Lagos, and the new tax reform favours place of consumptions and not productions. The least VAT states revenue will also increase

I think when they put the state of consumption into consideration as they said they will, Lagos state won’t have this very high margin to other states… now all headquarters located in Lagos pay to Lagos state irrespective of where the product is consumed and hence the huge gap

MTN pays the highest tax followed by Dangote. So now if they put consumption into consideration like they said they will I don’t see how the north will suffer from this because they have the population and hence consumes more except this data takes that into consideration already
