13/ Important Caveat #1: Glutamine Glutamine is essential for our immune function—you don’t want to eliminate it long-term. It's the most abundant amino acid in the body & diet alone won’t block it. That’s why Seyfried uses pulsed drug strategies to temporarily target it.

Watching propofol take effect is a fascinating reminder of how powerful modern medicine can be. One moment, a patient is awake and singing, and within seconds, the medication begins working. Its rapid onset is one of the reasons it is so widely used for anesthesia and procedural sedation. What stands out to me is how precisely these medications are managed by trained medical professionals. The speed at which propofol works can seem almost unbelievable when you see it in action, but that same power is exactly why careful monitoring and expertise are essential whenever it is used. Life is not about usefulness. The moment we see any life as something to be used for our wellbeing, we become very gross and blatant in our ways. That’s all that’s happening with the world today. It is very important to become sensitive to the beauty, exuberance, profoundness and intensity of life. May you know life for what it is, not for its usefulness. #SadhguruWisdom

Water 💧 is essential to life on 🌍. But this precious resource is not infinite. We need to stop taking it for granted. Together, we can #ActNow and ensure that fresh water is distributed equally, our aquatic food systems are preserved and nobody is left behind. #WorldFoodDay

The newly developed Clear Lake is now officially open! Located where the old Trials Field used to be, it’s a must-see this summer. Essential in the dry periods of summer, its capacity is approximately 9000 m3, which is equivalent to over 42,000 domestic water butts.

This concrete truck crew is done with their job. They washed out the whole entire shute of the concrete truck and then the wheelbarrow into the storm drain. This is totally fine right? It seemed it was ok to do this in the 80s-90s and still might be in very small towns... but a lot of cities are starting to strictly enforce these violations. There are steep fines if it was concrete. If it’s just a rinse of the tools, the water might be gray or dirty so it could fine but if it’s concrete then it could be big fines. Many people said this is fine and no harm and no foul. Others said that you are still pouring bits of concrete down there. Is this a big deal? Do you think that is concrete residue being poured down into there or do you think it’s just dirty water and nothing to be concerned about?
