Condition of Besant Nagar beach . Literally stinks . Why such bad maintenance Greater Chennai Corporation ?

Principally, it is the responsibility of our Chennai public. They litter a lot without any semblance of civic responsibility. You'd find those morons in the street corners when they throw garbage near the bin, rather than inside the bin. Chennai Corporation can do two things, and it should- 1. Ensure enough garbage bins are placed on the beach, and also force every shop put up there to ensure its usage. 2. Have some policing / monitoring force and impose immediate penalty on the violators. (Like Singapore)

இதுபோன்ற நிலை எல்லா மணல்வெளி கடற்கரைகளிலும் சில குறிப்பிட்ட நேரங்களில் ( முக்கியமாக காலை நேரங்களில் ) இருக்கும். ஏனெனில் அதிகாலை நாம் நடைப்பயிற்சி பழகும் முன் எல்லாம் சுத்தம் செய்வது இயலாத காரியம். தேவையென்றால் நீங்களும் நானும் இன்னும் சிலரை சேர்த்துக்கொண்டு தன்னார்வலர்களாக சுத்தம் செய்யலாம். ஒரு வேலை மாலை நேரங்களில் இதே நிலை தொடர்ந்தால் நிர்வாக அமைப்புகளையோ அல்லது அரசையோ குறை சொல்லலாம். இந்நாள் இனிதாக வாழ்த்துக்கள். நாளை இனிதா இல்லையா என்பதை இன்று நாம் செய்யும் செயல்கள் தீர்மானிக்கும் என்பதால் இன்றைய உங்கள் அனைத்து செயல்களும் இனியதாக அமையவும் வாழ்த்துக்கள்
