I need to have some work done in my hall bathroom we bought here in Myrtle Beach. The shower doesn’t work, the guts in the toilet need replacing and so does the flooring. I want tile instead of linoleum.

As someone who’s renovated about 100 apartments, I’ve gotta say .. next to delivering the finished product, demo is The Most Fun as it’s a deconstructive backwards walk through history .. best wishes!

I'm @ the point in vid where you are DONATING the new/nearly new appliances, fixtures, cabs, etc. YOU ROCK! 🫶 I like reno shows UNTIL I see perfectly good items being smashed to pieces. Thoughtful reno is top drawer. ^^
