talk about GETTING IT WRONG... Beach traffic in San Diego is bad enough NOW, especially PB and trying to get to/from the freeway from Point Loma. Imagine HIGH RISE CONDOS in OB or PB within a few blocks of the beach. (Free) Parking will disappear, GRIDLOCK will be CONSTANT.

I went to Miami beach a few years ago. It was clean and nice. I don't think using Miami as a scare tactic is a good idea.

It’s happening everywhere! They’re trying to build a 7 story apartment in my suburb. We had ordinances not allowing more than 3 stories. Those were way too easy to undo.
