CBS News Senior Correspondent Norah O'Donnell asks two former Secretaries of State, Hillary Clinton and Condoleezza Rice, if they believe the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas makes a two-state solution more likely in the future. Sec. Clinton said that while she believes its way too soon to answer that question, ultimately there "has to be some kind of Palestinian entity, a government entity, that can meet the needs of the Palestinian people and live in peace and security with Israel. But that's not the first order of business. We have to deal with all these other concerns that are summarized in 20-point plan." Rice agreed, adding that "there are some things the Palestinians could start to do if they indeed do want to –want one day to – have a Palestinian state," including recognizing Israel's existence in the Middle East.

Until we see a change, Israel will have to be the country that controls security west of the Jordan. Under the Trump plan originally we were supposed to annex the main populated areas by Israelis.
