No commercial DNA kits (including 23andMe) come with a swab; they come with a tube that takes a good 20-mins (for a human) to spit into enough to fill it.

23andMe uses a spit tube, not a Q-Tip, and it requires a fairly decent amount of saliva. Moreover, you get a list of relatives that can be easily cross-referenced, some of which are very distantly related and take some time + effort to track lineage. This is just blatantly dishonest here.
