People might think what he is doing is a solution but it's not. I have been thinking a lot about littering in Ghana. We consume a lot of plastic or rubber container products like water, toffee, and food but we don't have trash cans around for people to dump these in after using.

Instead of him calling on the government to place bins at vantage points on the roads you are here fighting him . Why did he keep it in his bag for that long to drop it at where he drop it ? If he wanted to litter around he could have drop it somewhere long time.

I swear if this man is my relative err I will look for this Ralph guy 😡😡

Well done to Raph! If you are against what Raph has done, then you are a big problem to this generation. We have laws but lack proper enforcement to make them work for our common interest. Be a good citizen by doing the right thing even when no one is watching!
