🇬🇭 Jollof Rice is a West African one-pot dish where rice is simmered in a rich, spicy tomato and pepper sauce. There’s a debate between Ghanians and Nigerians about who has the best Jollof rice. The Jollof Rice is a staple in Ghanian cuisine. Often served with the side chicken or an assortment of meat. 🎥 onijekujelondon | IG

STEAK RICE If you want to have a rice dish but want something different from the usual Jollof, plain rice or fried rice then this recipe is for you. This rice is almost like garlic herbed rice but packed with smokey flavors from the grill, beef stock & juices from the steak.
