Allstate Championship Series - Baseball For the first time in 20 years, number 13 Kansas Baseball captured the Big 12 Baseball Championship presented by Allstate. The Jayhawks defeated number 9 West Virginia, 9 to 0, to secure their second conference tournament title and first since 2006!! The shutout marked just the second championship-game shutout in Big 12 Tournament history. With the victory, Kansas became the first team since 2009 to win both the Big 12 regular-season and tournament championship outright!
