Modi as Gujarat CM had declared that Petroleum was discovered in Gujarat in 2005, CAG found that 21,000 Cr was spent by Gujarat Govt & not one tea spoon of OIL was found!! Now again Modi Govt is claiming they have found OIL reserves in Andaman. Don't be surprised if it's a scam.
