Hello @TurkishAirlines , I was trying to book a round trip and after entering my card details, I was debited. However, the flight tickets were not purchased. My bank says the money have left my account and I have the transaction details. It’s been over 2 weeks now, no refund.

You destroyed my finances and recklessly aborted my journey to Ecuador and sent me back to Nigeria, your customer services is very poor and rude... I will never use @TurkishAirlines again what you people did to me in 2021 is unforgettable.
