How come the overall progress on the project is only 33% despite so much tunneling done? Is the tunneling progress actually: main tunnel+ safety tunnel+construction adits? Please clarify.

Please start train from Bhuj/Gandhidham (Kutch) to Dwarka/Somnath/ Rajkot. We do not have any train connectivity on this route. This is need of Kutch @TvUday @news_kutch @tv9gujarati Needs should be fullfill first GANDHIDHAM is the highest populated city of Kutch district.
