You’ve got the freedom to take time off if you need to. They’re fair with wages across the board—that’s number one. Wages and benefits are going to exceed what you get in a non-union job. Like I said, I can travel anywhere in the country and get a job tomorrow. I can get online, check the job line, and call any local. If they’ve got work, they’ll put me on it.
