Conservatives keep telling me Alex Pretti is resisting, but all I see is a guy who was pepper-sprayed in the face (making him disoriented), pushed to the ground, disarmed, beaten on the ground, and shot in the back. Can someone timestamp and screenshot where he was resisting?

I have been sitting on this for a minute, I am not sure what is happening here but it certainly looks deliberate. The guy in khaki pants and a blue shirt comes up the stair and feels his pants as you can see in the video, and in the next frames you can see he basically throws a phone out onto the ground by two other people. Was this not deliberate? Why would you not try to pick your phone back up and why did the guy on the ground appear to wave him off? @PBInvestigate LouisianaGirl (Tara) Candace Owens
