As Morpheus said in The Matrix, there is a difference between knowing the path and walking it. Knowing the future does not preclude free will from choosing the action that brings that future to pass. The only problem I see with this explanation is the 5th dimension, in which all the choices we have made and will make exist. Think like all the possibilities exist all at once. This is further backed by the double slit test. The results depended on the observation of the test, or the lack thereof, in which the waves produced acted differently when observed v. unobserved.
