🇺🇸🇮🇷VP Vance said one of the key issues discussed was keeping the Strait of Hormuz fully open for shipping. “This is frankly one of the things where the Iranians tried to move the goalposts during the negotiation. We made very clear that that’s unacceptable.” Source: The Patriot Oasis™

During a meeting with IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva, we discussed support for Ukraine and agreed on further cooperation. I spoke about the implementation of reforms to strengthen the economy and create a transparent, competitive environment. A significant result is the successful completion of the Fund’s recent mission. This is an important step toward further strengthening Ukraine’s financial stability. I am grateful to the IMF for its support and for the programs that help maintain the resilience of our economy. This is an important signal of confidence in Ukraine for international partners.

It was a pleasure to reconnect with Richard Quest of CNN Richardquest this year. We discussed the renewed global order, where our approach is simple: Nigeria First. Under President Tinubu’s leadership, we have a strong presence here with the launch of the Nigeria House at Davos and our recent UAE-CEPA deal 🌍🎯 Nigeria is open for business. We have restored investor confidence, ensuring every global agreement translates into tangible prosperity for Nigerians 🇳🇬🇳🇬 #WeMove #NigeriaFirst #HMITI #FMIndustryTradeInvestment #HMITIDavos26Diaries

It is very symbolic that our meeting with representatives of Ukrainian Jewish organizations took place in a Kyiv school: a Ukrainian school where children study Hebrew and Jewish culture among other things. This is one of the many reflections of how rich Ukraine is in its diversity. For obvious security reasons, we held today's meeting in the shelter of this school. We discussed the ways to tell the world more truth about Russian aggression and our needs. It is important that everyone who really has influence helps us, helps us to protect the sky, our cities, and all the children of Ukraine. I am grateful to everyone who invests their own time, strength, and energy in Ukraine.

Kevin O'Connell said, "Consistency is everything that we do in this league." "If you're consistent in your approach and your process - it is very easy to...figure out how to make things better." People look for consistency. Consistency in your character and your approach.

Today marks the first visit by a President of Honduras to Ukraine since we regained our independence. It is very important that Ukraine’s partners come here and see with their own eyes what Ukrainians are going through. That is why we are grateful for this visit at this particular moment. We discussed with Nasry Asfura the key directions for the development of our bilateral relations: trade, the agricultural sector, the economy, and digitalization. Honduras is interested in this, and we are ready to help here. Security was also discussed. Today, in military technologies, particularly drones, Ukraine is among the strongest in the world. We are ready to help those who help us. I thank the President and his team for supporting us on all key geopolitical platforms. On the one hand, Ukraine must defend itself, and we need air defenses to protect the lives of our people. On the other hand, we need the same level of protection for our geopolitical interests so that this Russian war ultimately ends with a reliable peace. Thank you!

I held a Staff meeting today. Everything we discussed in our combat brigades is now part of the work of the General Staff, officials, and the Staff. We are not only working with partners but also increasing Ukrainian production several times to meet the needs of our warriors.

Today, another 205 of our warriors have returned home from Russian captivity. Our ability to bring our people back is the result of the bravery of our soldiers who skillfully fight and capture the occupiers. We must bring all our people home. I also held a Staff meeting, where one of the key topics was the protection of Ukraine’s skies — particularly, the downing of Shahed drones, including with the use of other drones. This is one of the most advanced technologies in modern warfare. The coming weeks are expected to be very active for Ukraine in diplomacy. We are planning new measures to increase pressure on Russia—to protect our people. I thank everyone who stands with Ukraine.

The Department of Homeland Security was created in the aftermath of September 11th and was created to ensure a coordinated effort for protecting our homeland. The time for politics is over. This is about our national security. Everyone needs to vote in favor of funding our government and the Department of Homeland Security to ensure they have all of the resources necessary to protect the homeland.

I thank President Donald J. Trump Donald Trump for a great meeting. We had a substantive discussion on all issues, and we much appreciate the progress achieved by American and Ukrainian teams in recent weeks. Special thanks to Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner for their engagement and full commitment, as well as to our team — first of all, to Rustem Umerov and Andrii Hnatov. We discussed all the aspects of the peace framework and achieved significant results. We also discussed the sequence of further actions. We agreed that security guarantees are key on the path to achieving a lasting peace, and our teams will continue working on all aspects. We agreed that our teams would meet as early as next week to finalize all discussed matters. We also agreed with President Trump that he will host Ukrainian and European leaders in Washington, D.C., in January. Ukraine is ready for peace.

Can we talk about how Wednesday and Pugsley being sent to a toxic, hyper-positive summer camp is low-key a psychological horror movie for introverts?. This is one of the incredibly rare cases where the sequel completely clears the original movie. 🎬🎥 The Addams Family Values 🔥♥️

what’s funny about this whole fiasco is yixing’s song (jiu) was quite literally one of the most recent things where you can find all 9 of them in a single project

We are preparing for negotiations with our partners—both European and American—starting midweek. This includes the Ramstein meeting, discussions in Kyiv, and later, participation in the Munich Security Conference. It is crucial that we all work together to bring about real peace and effective security guarantees—the security of our people, our state, our economic relations, and, importantly, our resource resilience—not just for Ukraine, but for the entire free world. All of this is being decided now—by Ukraine and our partners. Peace is always a collective effort.
