Nice project.While Gurugram,Bengaluru,Hyderabad,Pune & Mumbai are running in a race to attract more crowds but making all the cities with high population density.On the other hand,Noida is running quietly a different race as per the masterplan & tagged with low population density

I will not…as there is busy road just in front and another project just behind it..so no golf course view..it’s good only density wise.
