Had a great chat with jesse.base.eth of Base about content coins Takeaways: Not totally sold on the idea that content coins are different and distinct from memecoins. I think memecoins are a type of "content coins" - Memes are content - The mechanics Jesse describes as unique to ccs, are what I think also happens in memecoins --> some buyers are there to collect, to support, for the lolz, others are there to speculate. What's different and interesting about this reframing is - Content coins can be more than memes, they can be a tweet, a picture, a podcast, whatever content. Maybe we can start changing the way we interact with content online so that liking or double-tapping turns into buying (even if it's just for pennies). This will allow creators to better monetize their content, and fans to have a chance of sharing the upside if the token takes off / becomes viral. Finally People crying because "base is for everyone" coin crashed have a point, the Base tweet was ambiguous about what the token was about BUT You're mad because you blindly aped and the token dropped, and such is life in crypto. Only a little bit of digging would have shown it was a content coin on Zora.

Take a moment to watch this prophetic exchange between Shaq and KAT from last February. This was brutally honest advice from an NBA legend. We are now watching it manifest into being, with the Knicks en route to a championship and KAT as MVP. And doing it against the freak of nature that is Victor Wembanyama. Shaq: “At the beginning of the game, I said you were playing soft because I’ve seen you at times when you play great. And what you must understand in New York is that you need to be great for your guys to win a championship. If you guys win a championship, of course they’re gonna talk about Brunson, but it’s you and your play; you have to be dominant. You responded very, very well; you played very well. You played in the paint. That’s how you should play. You should always play.” KAT: “For sure, but what you said too is, if we win a championship, they can talk about anybody as long as we get a ring, that’s the most important thing, I don’t care. I don't think there is anything that better captures the problems with the radical 'Free Palestine' movement than this. You have people who are "accepting" of all people, running an "anti-racist" event where the participants yell at Jews to "Go back home" to where they came from. And the Jewish homeland where they came from is, of course, the place that they are telling Jews to leave. The ignorance, the hypocrisy, I almost thought this video was AI at first because it's so obvious, it makes my arguments about the movement so perfectly, surely they didn't do this and post it themselves. But they did. They really did. What do I even add? They're doing my job for me.

Guys, I need your help! How is X protecting original content creators? They aren't. In fact, the Head of Product blocks them! Here's my original video about the Tower of Babel: my idea for the comparison, my prompts, my credits, and my original text accompanying the video. It received 1.5 million impressions on X. Three days later, people stole my video, added their own watermarks, and posted it on TikTok, making money from my work. They even translated my entire text into their native language and reposted it. The result? I received a 90% reduction in revenue share, while this guy is probably making money from the 200,000 views generated by my work. Meanwhile, the same Head of Product is protecting content thieves on X who steal videos and simply add their own watermarks. How is this fair? Will someone from X answer me? If anyone has connections to X, Elon, or anyone else at the company, please ask them. I'm not crying about the low revenue share. I'm upset because there is no justice. Original creators are punished, while content thieves are rewarded.

A new AJ+ investigation found that USC has been selling donated bodies to the US Navy, where Israeli military surgeons use them for training in Los Angeles. The bodies, sourced largely from UC San Diego, were donated with the intention of advancing medical research. Donors and their families had no idea this could be their fate. The police took my content, so the police became the only content I have of the trip.😂 I’m 100% certain this situation was not handled correctly by the yellow vest baton holders. Police aren’t allowed to seize property like they did. Section 19 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE) says these police would’ve needed a search warrant or consent from me. Under Section 22(4) of PACE, police cannot retain your physical property for evidence if taking a photograph or making a digital copy would be sufficient for the investigation. “An officer cannot pop open your camera on the sidewalk and confiscate the memory card under this power.” (That’s exactly what they did) I was pushed by pro Palestine guys and then had my property seized, what the actual bloody hell! 😂 They don’t even follow or know their own rules. What kind of police force is this? It’s a free for all for them…

Making $130k/month live selling $8 used shirts on an app, mostly himself He buys by the pallet for $.50/unit and sells via 15 second auctions. His Achilles? Impulsivity His superpower? Zero pride. And he works harder than anyone I’ve ever met. He drinks 3 Bangs per day. I could post about this guy for a year and never run out of content. He’s made and lost millions several times and he’ll likely do it again. The clothes are either used or unsellable by major retailers. He used to sell them all on eBay but says live selling is the future. His biggest competitors are Asian women. He’s a jacked 30-something CrossFit competitor. He’s growing 20% MoM and eBay is now only 30% of his biz, and shrinking. This isn’t him in the video btw. He’s not on X and will likely never see this. What should you take from this? 1. Do whatever it takes to provide for your family. 2. There’s a zillion ways to get rich. 3. Learn to sell and you’ll never go hungry, even if you make stupid decisions. This is the stuff I post. I felt so ashamed about it, ashamed at the idea of people even knowing that I was having sex, let alone who with.” (Quote from Better Homes and Gardens) I personally feel like these are two completely different things and shouldn’t be mixed up. Harry releasing a vibe and lube through Pleasing has nothing to do with him “wanting” to be sexualized, but rather him being comfortable being who he is and his sexuality, in my opinion. And if people sexualize him when he does what he wants and is comfortable with, that’s not really his fault. He’s come so far, and I love to see that he’s more comfortable showing who he is now

Someone make this make sense.. 🙃 I made one post about DeadpoolRelentless (aka Spidermans37 on X) mid last year who made over 70+ confirmed Twitch accounts and used them to harass multiple women, invade multiple spaces where he wasn't wanted/banned, called women slurrs, sexually harassed them and made death threats. All of this is public knowledge and documented, you can literally search "deadpoolrelentless" and "MJPorter" on X and find hundreds of posts from many accounts. This was my post: My reason? I will always help women on this platform. End of story. I'm not going to idly stand by when my own community members are being harassed as well. What I've been dealing with the 7 days: -I'm getting death threats from this person because of that one post -It's been LITERAL MONTHS and all of a sudden, this person is angry enough to mass report me and re-bring all of this up on their own (I haven't posted a SINGLE thing since my last post) -15+ negative TikToks were made about me and publicly posted -My streams are being stalked all over again and I've blocked them everywhere and yet they still harass and watch me on alt accounts Their reasoning for all this: They want to be left alone... HUH? I literally forgot you existed because it's been so long.... They also claim I doxxed them but posting a list of Twitch usernames isn't doxxing btw- I don't even know their real name or any personal information.. You're confusing me with someone else who DID get the police involved. The moment my X account got unbanned, it's been apology after apology and "please don't post about me" ... they LITERALLY started this entire thing on their own and actively/recently reported my accounts and openly admitted to trying to remove my socials and publicly celebrated when my X got suspended....... OF COURSE I'M GOING TO SAY SOMETHING NOW 💀 I'll let his own content he's publicly posted speak for itself here, feel free to tag any creators you might hear in these videos so they are aware of what's being said about them. I've included a 10 minute rant he posted himself yesterday on his TikTok where he admits to all the Twitch accounts being his (so my post was for good reason) and admitting to most of what he claims he's never done. Again, his own words. I personally wouldn't believe his list of creators he claims that support him, I know many of them as well and I can't see them actually being apart of any of this. Hopefully this will be my one and only post about this as I GENUINELY want to be left alone and I need the threats to stop. YOU started all of this out of thin air and I'm not going to let you attack me when I've legit been living my life for months without doing anything. Remember Dundee Axe Girl? A 12 year old girl was filmed brandishing an axe and a knife in Dundee, apparently defending herself from a guy with a heavy foreign accent while another girl shouted, "don’t touch my sister, she’s only 12." At the time, the authorities said, "Don't speculate as to what this could be about." Everyone slammed Elon Musk and Tommy Robinson for sharing dangerous, false, far-right "misinformation" that this girl was a victim, defending herself, when the authorities reported her as the aggressor and told us she'd been charged. Then even our trustworthy heterodox commentators decided, "Well, this is clearly just a working-class child being violent and uncouth and racist and all those other working class traits that I despise. The real victim here is the poor, innocent migrant man being threatened with an axe." Did we learn nothing from the establishment treatment of the grooming gang scandal? Well, it looks like that girl could in fact have been defending herself from a predatory male. There's an ongoing trial - not of the girl, but of the man. Of course, everyone is innocent until proven guilty - but regardless of the sentence, what we know now is very different from what we were told at the time. And how unedifying for commentators who pride themselves on not following the herd to be seen ambling alongside the wildebeest at the Guardian, chewing the establishment cud.

"up until then there was always speculation on what i might be wearing. and then, you'd find different media outlets would put it up with their affiliate sales and they might sell out on a shirt. but it wasn't the shirt of that female founder that i was choosing to support. and that was really interesting for me because a lot of my choices, especially when i wasn't using my voice as often, my fashion choices were decisive. and they were really designed to uplift a lot of smaller brands that people might not know about. especially female founded brands and designers. so from my standpoint, even having shop my on instagram has been a interesting exploration because i'm able to say 'these are the actual brands and people can find what they are looking for if they want to emulate the style " - meghan #TheCircuit

One thing everyone should appreciate about Spencer Pratt is that when he’s asked a question, he doesn’t deflect. He just answers the question This is so different than basically everyone else in politics CNN asks him, why he’s a Republican He doesn’t dance around the real reason, even through many democrats likely wouldn’t like the answer It’s for the second amendment But then he explains exactly why. It makes perfect sense He explains his plan to protect schools from fun threats even thought he’s for the second amendment and having a gun to protect yourself He has a real, and clear plan One other thing I notice here is CNN asks the question and lets him answer. They don’t push back with propaganda, they just ask a few questions for more clarity This is what the media used to be, and should be. Good job Spencer and CNN for this exchange
