For those who worry about the lack of controllers on Apple Vision Pro: You don't need controllers for artificial movement in VR. Here is the hand tracking alternative we built for Wooorld called 'Glider'. Pull it toward wherever you want to go. Pull it further to go faster. Movement is even more complicated in Wooorld compared to other VR apps & games as we have two modes of movement: 'Map Navigation' (first half of the video) and 'Locomotion' (second half of the video). And in many ways Glider feels better and more natural than controller thumbstick as it utilizes all three axes. *We still have lots of improvements planned for Glider.

NEW: Several CCTV cameras have been placed on the rooftop where Charlie Kirk’s assassin took his shot. The area is blocked off with metal barricades and signs warning to not trespass and to stay away. We can confirm that no CCTV cameras were installed on the roof at the time of the shooting, and entry to the rooftop is relatively easy. The campus is also virtually deserted, somber feeling amongst the students and visitors, who have come to see the site for themselves.

As ferry pilots, we often fly 20-25 hours across long distances and frequently need to service the engine oil enroute. Especially so with the more tired engines. Turbine oil comes in cans, and since we have to go through security to get to a job, we don’t have tools. Fortunately the on-board crash axe is the PERFECT tool for the job. If you put one finger over the top hole, and move swiftly and smoothly into position and then release your finger - you can pretty easily hit the filler tube with little to no spillage 👍🏼 Unfortunately it’s not possible to do while also filming, so you’ll see no evidence of my (ahem) “perfect pour”

Florrie Bark was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer when she was just five, and had to have two years of aggressive treatment. This little puppy was rescued yesterday evening and taken straight to the vet for urgent treatment and care 😢 We've called her Berani ❤ It's so heartbreaking that we have to deal with so much neglect and abandonment of these beautiful dogs. Just look at the sorry state of her! 💔 We couldn't leave her to suffer 😞 She has scabies, open and infected wounds all over her tiny body, anaemia and blood parasites. She's currently having more tests done to check the functionality of her vital organs. She's weak and very sick 😞 We DESPERATELY need your help with funding. We are so very low on donations, literally not bringing in a third of what we need each month to survive. Please dig deep, even if it's only a couple of dollars/pounds to help us keep going 🙏🏻 I ask you to not 'like' this post because a lot of likes gives the impression that we're doing OK, when we're really not at all. 'What if I don't find anyone else?' 'I don't have time to cook!' 'I don't have time to workout!' 'I have nothing to feel happy about' 'I can't sleep!' Your life will not change, unless YOU do! You need to change your mindset! No one can do it for you. You can CHOOSE to see silver linings OR just the possibility of rain. You can CHOOSE your HARD... - Struggle through a workout vs struggle to look at yourself & how unhealthy you've become - Struggle to learn a new skill vs struggle in a job you hate. Trying to see beyond your unhappiness, 'bad luck' & bad choices is confronting & can feel impossible...BUT it isn't!! It's possible! Not over night but gradually...taking ONE DAY AT A TIME! Be kind to yourself! Changing your mindset & working on overhauling years of negative thought processes is far from easy but in doing so, you'll reclaim your POWER & take back control of your own happiness. Choosing to go out into the sunshine to drink a cuppa (instead of staying cooped up indoors) won't make your problems disappear...BUT it gives you a few seconds of CALM to REFOCUS your thoughts & a dose of Vitamin D & fresh air, while feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin. ❤️‍🩹🫂I am feeling better today than I have on the previous days, my friends, but unfortunately, I still feel very tired, and my body and mind are so exhausted by our terrible situation. I did not yet feel well enough to visit the camp today, so the meals were distributed by my cousin, where they distributed a yellow rice dish and also some fruit juice. Things are very miserable here in 💔🇵🇸#Gaza, life is worse than hell itself. The bombings are very intense and frequent, and every day we hear of more people who have died from starvation or lack of medical attention. It is no life at all, my friends. Every day that the borders are closed to aid, there becomes less goods available to us and what's left costs so much it could make you cry, which is why we desperately need more donations if we are to continue to distribute meals for those who will starve without us. 💔I don't know what to do anymore, my friends. We are in a hopeless situation, desperately trying to stay alive and to show the world we want to stay alive. We need more of everything, every kind of aid that exists, and people are dying everywhere from every kind of miserable death you can think of. We need help for the animals, they are starving and suffering terrible diseases and need help too, they did not deserve this miserable life they are subjected to and they are trying to survive, just as we all are. ❤️‍🩹🫂I am feeling better today than I have on the previous days, my friends, but unfortunately, I still feel very tired, and my body and mind are so exhausted by our terrible situation. I did not yet feel well enough to visit the camp today, so the meals were distributed by my cousin, where they distributed a yellow rice dish and also some fruit juice. We need help for the animals, they are starving and suffering terrible diseases and need help too, they did not deserve this miserable life they are subjected to and they are trying to survive, just as we all are. AFCON 2025 🇲🇦 You cant blame a country for fans failing to turn out for every match in an AFCON tournament. The problem in Africa is that we are poor in mentality and wealth. Our friends in Europe plan to watch such games a year in advance and they travel to watch them Where it is hosted. For them, things like going on vacation and enjoying recreational activities like football ⚽️ is part of life. Fans from Africa failing to travel for AFCON is not a Moroccan 🇲🇦 problem. It’s an issue with lack of patronage for African football from we Africans. The onus lies with football fans in Africa like yourself and myself to play your own part by buying tickets and going to support your team at live games at AFCON. This is how it is done in other continents, it’s not rocket science. CAF also has to come up with promotional strategies to increase awareness and fan participation across Africa. Even if AFCON was held in Nigeria 🇳🇬 you don't expect all fans to go and watch Benin play Angola fans from those countries must also come and support their teams its their duty . ✨ Made a new mini feature on Photo AI: [ Grab from 3d model ] So the problem is we're at that stage in time (typical for AI) where image-to-3d models are not good enough but are fun to play with, but we know they'll be good enough in 1-2 years With [ Make 3d model ] you already can turn any Photo AI pic into a 3d model but it still looks hyper clunky and deformed, but it works! One cool idea I had to make that more useful and made now: Let people make a 3d model then change the view of the it with the 3d viewer, then press [ o ] and it grabs a frame of the 3d That image you can then [ Remix ] (img2img), and it becomes a real photo again and that in turn you can then turn into a video again with [ Make video ] So that essentially gives you a fully freeform camera position control to take photos with One thing I need to fix is the background/skybox, I kinda need to take the original photo and remove the person and just get the background for the 3d model viewer, in this case it should be white, but it's a start!
