Decided to record a few sets from my back session; ( 4 out of the 5 exercises ) The goal isn’t max load. Those days are long gone. I focus on controlling the eccentric, a dead stop at full stretch, then explosive concentric. That’s pretty much how I manage tempo across most of my lifts.
