All you need to do is watch the end of the play. The receiver knew he didn’t catch the ball. Watch both of their body language. Stillwater was clearly the better team but Lane got robbed. Hats off to Stillwater tho.

At the time they touch the ground they play is dead . At the moment by my eye sight is a tie. Typically a tie would go to the receiver result touchdown.. it doesn't matter that they then rolled over and the defender ended up with the ball the play has already stopped.
