⚠️ Convention Accessibility⚠️ Can we designate non-strobe-light dances for people with seizures so I & other can dance our hearts out again? Let’s spread awareness & take those surveys for convention accessibility feedback! (Silent disco is not the answer I wanna see dj sets)

Also advertise that its not going to have that!! I wanna know when its a safe one - can be added in the con description or something that it needs a warning ect thanks!

Literally not all dances just some dont be ableist in my comments bros I didn’t always have seizures so I know how it is… but like spare a crumb lmfao or let us know that its safe or not

Muting this: I’m talking about a specific type of light, not lights on, not separate panel not all dances. Just the regular loud dances with pretty colors & lasers but strobe lights removed for at least some of the dances. We just want to be with everyone else.

✅Colorful lights ✅ laser lights (non flashing) ✅ music synced light changes ❌WHITE RAPID FLASHING LIGHTS Or at least put warning signs bc some of the past cons didnt have warnings till I mentioned it! Starting to see more changes after speaking to con staff c: thanks

I thought it was odd that raves didn't have any sort of warning. The first one I went to was rather startling, tho I like them now.

Yeah its so simple to have a warning bc not all dances have strobes so its hard to know at all what to expect

Genuinely speaking?? As someone who gets massive migraines I’d also love it to not be so loud as well!

@gummysnail1 Unfortunately thats something that can only be fixed with special headphones or earbuds but i completely understand how you feel

@DJWOOZiE is very aware of this issue and usually asks for his sets to be epileptic friendly!
