I admit, I have a whole new level of “respect” for Bella Hadid after watching this video… like wow, how did she survive? Truly unimaginable suffering. Like no one should have to endure that kind of hardship. Mind you she has to grow up in an $85 million Beverly Hills mansion. Honestly heartbreaking. Is there a donation link or something? 🙄

"I was converted at gunpoint." Two days ago, videos of minor children from Sindh, Pakistan, surfaced in which they claimed they converted to Islam voluntarily, without any pressure. Earlier their parents cried and begged in front of the media fearing forced conversion of the kids. One of them, Vikas, also claimed he converted willingly. However, a new video of Vikas has emerged, revealing that he was forced to make that statement at gunpoint. Ironically, based on such coerced statements, #Pakistan courts have granted permission to so-called religious organisation (Gosha-e-Aafiat Trust) to retain custody of adults, releasing only the minors after their families paid a bond of Rs. 1 crore each and provided a surety that they would not revert to their original religion and would remain Muslims. It was later revealed that teachers from Gosha-e-Aafiat Trust had lured the girls to conversion and now have their custody.

Remember the 'Teri Behan Bol Nahi Sakti Thi' video? In August 2021, I complained to the NCPCR about Pastor Bajinder Singh using a minor boy in his superstitious and conversion activities. After that, the boy, along with his sister and mother, gave statement against me and falsely accused me of insulting Christianity. Then, supporters of Pastor Bajinder Singh burned my effigy and also filed a police complaint against me. I faced numerous threats on social media and endured significant mental harassment. Now, after 4 years, that same boy has confessed that his sister was never mute, she could speak. The boy also revealed that he had participated in the deception in exchange for 2 kg of rice, 3 kg of sugar, and 5 kg of wheat flour. I am glad the boy has realized the truth, admitted his mistake and exposed Pastor Bajinder Singh. I hope he has learned from this experience and never repeats such actions. My best wishes to him, his sister and his family.

My brother has been trying to break into my room all night. It started when he asked to come in, I let him in and he crouched in the corner staring at me. He did this for around 30 minutes. I called my dad to help and he forced him to get out of my room. Now, an hour later he has a butter knife and he is swinging it under my door and scratching my door slowly. I am now fake snoring as I type this message to make him stop. But now he is laughing in a slow and corrupt tone. The scratches are getting louder. What do I do. Someone help.

I have seen some people circulating a 2017 screenshot, claiming that I am lying and pretending when I say that Baba was my friend and that I was like his daughter. In 2017, we were on different political sides. Like in any heated political contest, many things were said in the course of political banter, something both Baba and Uhuru openly acknowledged and apologised for, including on behalf of their supporters. From November 2018, I began working closely with Baba, shortly after his appointment as AU’s High Representative for Infrastructure Development. At the time, I was with the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD), and our office supported his role. I was also part of his 2022 campaign, and in 2024 he personally appointed me into his AUC campaign team. Over a period of 7 years, I had the privilege of learning directly from him. He gave me numerous opportunities, travelled with me across Africa and beyond, and allowed me to sit in high-level meetings that shaped my perspective and growth. That was Baba! A man who never judged me by my tribe or my previous political positions. He saw my potential and gave me an opportunity. He often expressed how proud he was of my work and my convictions. The last time we spoke was on 8th October 2025, while he was still in India, a week before he passed on. I even made a post about that conversation on the same day. That was Baba…my friend! So, to those trying to twist this story to fit a convenient political narrative I will ask, WHO TOLD YOU? Do you claim to know me better than Baba did? And isn’t the same Ruto you now support the one who once called Baba all manner of names? Did he ever publicly apologise the way Baba and Uhuru did? This guy is losing his mind in traffic. He’s honking and screaming at the car in front of him to turn right. But the car in front of him not only has a red light, but where is it supposed to turn? Traffic is backed up and there is a truck right there. Many people said, “oh look, shocker, guy is in a Dodge Ram.”😂 Some said they would put their car in park and refuse to go. 💯 But, some did say there was one car length available and the car should have turned. 🤯 Yeah- people like this shouldn’t be driving. They need therapy. The car didn’t have the right of way. Where did he want the car to go? Should this guy be driving? Wouldn’t you think his rage would increase the risk of accidents? How would you deal with him if he was behind you?

Shedeur Sanders isn’t running a 40 at the #NFLCombine —so as a former NFL Scout, I did the next best thing —I timed him running 40 yards during a game two years ago to see how fast he is. I got 5.37 seconds. I timed him with a stopwatch from his first step at the 50 until he reached the 10. What time did you get? I had to go back two years because Sanders only has one run in his 4 year college career over 40 yards on his ESPN stats page —and it was in this game when he played for FCS Jackson State vs. Southern in 2022. The record for the slowest time at the NFL Combine for a quarterback according to the USA Today is 5.37 by Ryan Mallet.

Just did my first MOTS-c pin today and started conservative at 2mg. Felt absolutely nothing right away, no energy surge or noticeable change yet. Did the pin at 5:00am and worked out at 6:30am. A few of you mentioned getting a pretty quick boost. For those who’ve run it (especially at lower doses like 2-5mg): How long did it take for you to notice energy, stamina, or “more in the tank” effects? Same day? Few days? Or does it build slower over 1–2 weeks? Am i on the right track with low-dose and let it build slowly, or crank this shit up? Reminder that MOTS-c is for research use only / not for human consumption. LFG

This is the world we now live in. On a train platform in Italy the police (with army back up) are checking the IDs and train tickets of all single men who look a certain way. They don’t ask the men who are blonde or the couples or the women. I suspect the terror threat is considered high right now, after the “mentally unsound” individual decided to drive his car at a bunch of people in Moderna because he feels Italians are unwelcoming to him and his ilk. Seems that Italians are expecting more “mentally unsound” behaviour from the usual suspects.
