For hard boiled eggs to peel super easy, tap the big end lightly with a spoon until you hear it pop. You are NOT trying to crack it. Then boil, 10 minutes in ice and peel. It works weight FRESH eggs also. The older the egg, the easier to peel generally. Store eggs are 2-3 weeks old but this works with eggs we get from out chickens that day.
