It's time to cook like @GordonRamsay with HexClad Hybrid Cookware.

@joerogan We switched to Coconut, Ghee, and Avocado. It was a great change! Cut out all the foods and condiments that were not healthy. So much great info out there to make these changes and start feeling better.

@kamillionaiire @joerogan I believe this. As @BarbaraOneillAU said the same thing. Avoid seed oils. We've been using coconut oil and my mom who is 73 did not have any problems when it comes to her cholesterol level.

@joerogan I make tallow every week and I give 2lbs to anyone that tells me they switched from oils to butter.

@joerogan My use list is down to 3: Ghee, Butter, Tallow, unless I'm making a box cake, I do have a sm bottle of vegetable (really vegetation seed that has to be processed by hexane) when I have to bring one somewhere when the ppl don't care to avoid 'heart-healthy' oils.

@joerogan LISTEN UP WEAKLINGS! If you're not cooking with beef tallow you're basically a vegan in denial. Miss me with that seed oil beta behavior. Real alphas keep it ancestral or don't cook at all. Time to level up your kitchen game or stay soft
