There’s a truth prop firms don’t tell traders… And many traders don’t even realize it. Let me spill it. To get a $100K prop firm account, you usually pay $1,500 – $2,500. A $1M account can cost $5,000 – $20,000. But here’s the catch: Most prop firms offer 1:20 – 1:50 leverage Maybe 1:100 at best. Then they add: • Daily drawdown limits • Maximum drawdown rules • Strict risk parameters So what does that really mean? Even though it says $100K account, the usable risk capital is closer to ~$5K–$7K. That’s the real buying power you’re trading with. Now think about this: Most traders on a $100K funded account withdraw around $5K – $20K during payouts. But ask yourself honestly… Have you ever seen someone withdraw $100K from a $100K account? Rare. Now consider the time cost: • Phase 1 • Phase 2 • Sometimes Phase 3 During those stages you might make great profits — but it’s all on demo. You get nothing for it. Now imagine this instead: If you took that $2,500 challenge fee And traded your own capital with the same strategy… Could you scale it to $5K, $10K, even $20K in a few months? Many traders probably could. Another truth most people don’t talk about: Some prop firms copy trades from profitable traders on the backend and make multiples of what the trader earns. So they profit from: • Challenge fees • Failed accounts • And even your winning trades Which makes you wonder… Should traders actually be paying prop firms? Copy trading bots have multiple features most traders skip. And that’s why they lose even when the trader is profitable. Here's how to set up your bot right: 1) Go to This is the fastest and the cheapest bot for both trading and copy trading on Polymarket 2) Click on Start -> Copy Trade -> Add 3) Click on Target Wallet and paste the wallet address 4) Click on Tag to name it (for example "Elections insider") 5) Click the next button to set up fixed amount or % I use a fixed amount for traders with a small trade count per day, and % for those who trade a lot and use limit orders. 6) Set slippage to 10% 7) Set up TP and SL if needed I don’t use them and fully rely on trader’s actions. 8) Skip the next four buttons and just set the Total Spend Limit. 9) Set Min and Max price if needed If you don’t want to take too much risk, set min $0.30 per share. 10) Click on Ignore Target Wallet Trades Under and set it to $5 This will help the bot avoid unnecessary trades. POLYMARKET COPY TRADING — VIDEO GUIDE (+ wallets I personally follow) I tested many Polymarket bots before settling on this one. Why this bot: Fast execution (<1s) Low commissions Built by an official Polymarket builder Supports both manual trading and copy trading How to use it correctly Start the Telegram bot Top up the generated wallet address Click Copy Trading Click Add Copy Trade Paste the wallet address you want to follow Name the trader (I use labels like “weather guy”, “90% WR”, etc.) Mirroring modes (most important part) There are three options: Fixed If you enter $10, every copied trade will be $10. Percentage If you enter 50% and the trader bets $100, your trade will be $50. Portfolio-weighted If the trader risks 10% of their portfolio, you will also risk 10% of yours. What I recommend Use Fixed amount If the trader uses market orders and makes fewer than 10 trades per day. Use Portfolio-weighted If the trader uses limit orders and makes more than 10 trades per day. I personally do not use percentage mode. Final setup steps Set the maximum copy amount (based on your portfolio size and risk management) Set a price range I usually use 30c–90c to avoid risky trades Always adjust this based on the specific trader Set slippage I use 5% Click Confirm After this, the bot will mirror every trade automatically. Important notes Check trader performance daily Losing streaks happen, remove traders in time Risk management is your responsibility For more detailed guides on how to find strong wallets, check my page.
