A med student had to have made this, this would make taking off helmets during trauma incidents SO EASY, and allow C collar placement.

The safety removal aspect is pretty cool. Looks like you can avoid to put too much strain on the neck while removing the helmet after a crash (if the mechanism will still be working).

Hope they Cheasy test the mechanism if it fail and you loose your helmet mid Chrash then you are in even more danger of if the mechanism now can’t open then what

The way I envision helmets of the future is like this but attached to the rest of the spinal column in which attaches to thoracic body armor, and all rated for level 4 rifle threats.

Helmets are easy enough to get off and on.. Does it support my neck to my shoulders? Will it hold up in a legit crash.. That's what's bikers actually care about... And if it will and if it does I support this 100%
