In Ralph Bakshi's original script, Holli Would was named Debbie Dallas, after the adult film Debbie Does Dallas (1978).

Such an underrated animated/live-action hybrid! Brad Pitt and Kim Basinger were great, but Gabriel Byrne as the tortured cartoonist really sold it for me. Way darker and weirder than Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Need to watch it again.
