Having been a victim, the ending of this video made me so fulfilled. Wish there was more people arrested.

So the arrest while very commendable was effected by who exactly under cover officers? Vigilantes? Crime preventers? It doesn't look like they offered any identification to the suspect in the video, how was he to know who or where he was being taken?
