Today, I attended a pro–Islamic Republic gathering outside the Prime Minister’s office in my capacity as a journalist. During the event, I was attacked from behind by one of the regime’s supporters, resulting in a serious injury to my left rib. The individual who assaulted me managed to pass through the police cordon before carrying out the attack. Another individual, identified as Mohammadreza Zohrevand, also threatened to kill me and my family. Fortunately, both the attacker and the individual who issued the death threats were arrested by the police. Many of these individuals are present in the United Kingdom under the status of asylum seekers, yet they openly support the Islamic Republic. Their presence poses a serious threat to the safety and security of all citizens in this country. I have repeatedly put my life at risk to demonstrate this reality. I sincerely hope that concrete and decisive action will now be taken.

My mom’s neighbor used to yell at my nephew all the time for no reason, he was only 5 years old when it happened. It got so bad I wouldn’t let him outside by himself anymore. On more than one occasion she would move her car when we walked by as if she was trying to bump him with her mirror. I left work and went over there to visit and when I pulled up I saw my mom outside having a screaming match with the neighbor. My nephew was standing behind my mom and I could see he was crying. I immediately went over there and asked what was going on.she said she came home from work and saw my nephew who I remind you is 5 years old, shirtless and running through a sprinkler in the front yard. She feels that he shouldn’t have been doing that in the front yard and how he was dressed inappropriately for all to see. I looked at him, he was shirtless and was wearing swim trunks and rubber water shoes. I was very confused as to what she meant by inappropriate. I told her he’s a little boy running around a sprinkler, it’s hot out and he wasn’t even close to her property. She said she didn’t care, it was the fact that he was out there shirtless and he shouldn’t have had to see it if he was doing it in the back yard like he was supposed to. My mom then chimed in and said she didn’t have to scream at him like that, he’s only 5 years old. The neighbor threatened to call the cops if she saw him running around shirtless again I told her to be my guest, he’s not doing anything wrong. I ended up calling her son who I grew up with, he and I were friends but as soon as he was old enough he ran out and never came back. He said his mom hated kids, she even treated him badly when he was a kid too and that’s why he left when he did. I ended up installing cameras there to document what was going on incase this escalated further.

Taylen Green is someone I’ve talked about all season on Phinside The NFL as an option for the Miami Dolphins outside of day one of the 2026 NFL Draft if they want to bet on traits and development. Now with Jon-Eric Sullivan and Jeff Hafley in the building, who both come from a storied franchise of drafting QBs with traits that need proper development and grooming, you have to wonder if they’d be more willing to take a shot on someone like Taylen Green than others. Green is as a fun as he is downright frustrating at times to watch. The traits are undeniable - excellent athlete, prototypical size, absolute cannon for an arm and is downright dangerous when he creates with his legs. Where he needs a ton of work is from the pocket. He needs to become a quicker processor, the accuracy and placement needs to become much more consistent, his decision making does need improvement too, basically consistency will be a big thing for a staff to get out of Green at the next level. That said, he easily has one of the highest ceilings in this QB class and I expect him to rise up boards after his combine showing. #PhinsUp

Arterial drainage maintenance works have destroyed this tributary of Lough Derg. I first visited this site in April 1992, and hundreds of Brook Lampreys were present. It was the best site I ever found for this species. This was a ‘biodiversity hotspot’, with salmon, white-clawed crayfish, otters, and kingfishers all present. Whooper swans have used the adjoining fields. A few years ago, I saw a white-tailed eagle perched on a tree overlooking this river while I was surveying lampreys – but unfortunately, I only had my underwater camera with me. Part of this site lies within the Lough Derg (Shannon) Special Protection Area. The included clips of kingfishers were taken here in August 2020. The site is now unrecognisable, and there is not a single tree left on the bank where the kingfishers were nesting. The river channel here has been repeatedly degraded by arterial drainage maintenance works over the last four years. At this stage, it is unrecognisable from what it once was. OPW machines have been working on it again this year. Every time they return, a little less is left, and the banks are further destabilised, creating the requirement for even more maintenance works. Most of these works are politically driven. If a landowner is unhappy with their land getting a bit wet and contacts the local OPW office persistently enough, a machine will be sent out. The farm access roads here were also recently resurfaced, with further damage to the riverbank. The river is further affected by background pollution from agricultural activities. This riverbank is part of the Lough Derg Way, and some of the maintenance works appear to be linked to keeping the site ‘tidy’ for this. A footbridge was also recently installed over the watercourse – right at the site of the kingfisher nest. The planning application for this bridge included a 100+ page ‘Ecological Impact Assessment’ report, which missed everything important at the site. Most of the report is a vast compilation of largely irrelevant, ‘cut and paste’ information available online. The bridge forms part of a looped walkway along the SPA, yet only the bridge itself was “assessed” in the ecology report. All the important receptors were missed – including the kingfisher nest site. No Appropriate Assessment was carried out, despite the bridge increasing access for walkers and their dogs into the SPA. Incredibly, a few lampreys, salmon, and crayfish are still present in March 2025. Otters still visit occasionally. While I was on site this week, a kingfisher passed by. But these species have been pushed to the very edge and are likely to disappear from this area altogether. There is no suitable nesting habitat for kingfishers, and only a handful of lampreys remain. With no cover, the remaining lampreys, salmon, and crayfish will all be preyed on. Biodiversity in Ireland is under siege. But the works at this site are completely unnecessary. They achieve nothing in terms of flood protection. This is being done by the state because the landowner refuses to accept that their land will always be a bit wet – it lies beside a lake – and locals seem to want a ‘tidy’ walkway. The only thing missing here now is one of the signs about saving the bees.

🚨 UFO DISABLES TEN AMERICAN NUCLEAR WEAPONS - AIR FORCE OFFICER SPEAKS OUT 🚨 Robert Salas was a first lieutenant stationed at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. He was in charge of monitoring the status of ten nuclear missiles at Oscar Flight Center deep underground. In March of 1967, he gets a call from a panicked topside guard about unidentified flying objects. Suddenly, all ten of his missiles go offline - they are completely disabled. Others topside on the base freak out. Strategic Air Command documents. Boeing was hired as a consultant to explain what may have caused the failure. No one is able to provide an explanation. Salas has multiple colleagues on record corroborating his experience (audio and video testimonies). He is one of 167 Q Cleared Nuclear Employees at bases across the United States who have witnessed UFO incidents around nuclear bases and have gone public about them. There are likely many, many more in the shadows (as Salas and others broke their NDAs with their testimonies). Recently, The Wall Street Journal wrote a hit piece discrediting this now 85 year old witness. The piece claims that an experimental EMP was used on American Nuclear Weapons unbeknownst to anyone at the nuclear base, with officers present. They cite a model of an EMP that was not even in use until 1973 (even though this event happened in 1967). They also didn't accurately incorporate Salas or his colleagues testimonies among many other egregious errors. Finally, they didn't let this 85 year old adequately respond to the article, asking him to cut his 1K+ word response to less than a half a page. Basically, they sucker punched him. In this interview, I discuss everything with Salas directly: the event in full detail, the Wall Street Journal hit piece and disclosure at large. 🚨 UFO DISABLES TEN AMERICAN NUCLEAR WEAPONS - AIR FORCE OFFICER SPEAKS OUT 🚨 Robert Salas was a first lieutenant stationed at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. He was in charge of monitoring the status of ten nuclear missiles at Oscar Flight Center deep underground. In March of 1967, he gets a call from a panicked topside guard about unidentified flying objects. Suddenly, all ten of his missiles go offline - they are completely disabled. Others topside on the base freak out. Strategic Air Command documents. Boeing was hired as a consultant to explain what may have caused the failure. No one is able to provide an explanation. Salas has multiple colleagues on record corroborating his experience (audio and video testimonies). He is one of 167 Q Cleared Nuclear Employees at bases across the United States who have witnessed UFO incidents around nuclear bases and have gone public about them. There are likely many, many more in the shadows (as Salas and others broke their NDAs with their testimonies). Recently, The Wall Street Journal wrote a hit piece discrediting this now 85 year old witness. The piece claims that an experimental EMP was used on American Nuclear Weapons unbeknownst to anyone at the nuclear base, with officers present. They cite a model of an EMP that was not even in use until 1973 (even though this event happened in 1967). They also didn't accurately incorporate Salas or his colleagues testimonies among many other egregious errors. Finally, they didn't let this 85 year old adequately respond to the article, asking him to cut his 1K+ word response to less than a half a page. Basically, they sucker punched him. More than 2,000 rioters made it inside the building. Some in the massive crowd chanted “hang Mike Pence” while others swarmed outside my office chanting “Nancy, Nancy, Nancy,” even screaming about wanting to put a bullet in my head. Sadly, 140 police officers were injured by rioters. Many sustained long-lasting physical and emotional scars. Some officers later lost their lives. I feared for my members, the congressional staff, the workers who maintain the Capitol, the press, and the others who were present that day. Their stories are harrowing—and demonstrate extraordinary courage. When the Capitol was eventually cleared, the Congress returned to certify the electoral count for the American people and the world alike to see. January 6 was a perilous moment for our democracy. It was an attack not just on the Capitol, but on our Constitution. And some who carried out the assault under Lincoln’s dome were carrying the Confederate flag.
