Cop caught red handed planting evidence during arrest

Bad cops like this deserve the sentence for the criminal offence which they tried to plant the evidence for.

It’s rare to see catching someone red handed with evidence on spot. Good job done

@alexstein99 We don't see what happened before. To me, it just looks like he is picking up pieces and seeing where they fit together, then putting them back down. Is there video of him pulling something new out of his pocket?
