These videos are stupid. Posted by entitled people. Unless you live in NY city, Miami or LA the chances of even of a Carnet are extremely rare. These are rarely ever issued if if so only police in areas with high end travelers will ever see them. So yeah, the cop had every right to dig deep into this.
