Cop confuses sandwich for a cellphone.

Why did he not immediately tell the cop he had dash cam video to dispute his claim? Why have a dash cam if you won't use it for it's intended purpose?

See how easy this is? Cop made a mistake, but the guy kept his cool and was polite. It's not that difficult!

Eating and driving is just as dangerous🙄

Kid was too nice. I hate liars so I would have let the cop know I had video proof and let him get mad.

Handled it well yet eating while driving can get you a ticket for careless driving.

They'll be updating the laws soon, so you can't eat a sammich or record yourself while eating a sandwich. Times are tough.. Cops gotta make money too!

I bet the cop saw the dashcam and lied about just taking his word and decided to make it look like he was been merciful and give him a warning, the kid made the right choice to keep calm, collected and just answer as little as possible.

So an illegal stop
