Cop Drives Passed Car Broken Down In Middle of Freeway Causing Multiple Accidents

In the cop's defense he probably hadn't kicked the dog or beaten the wife for awhile and may have been racing home

I find it hard to believe that an officer would just drive on by. It could have been a non-uniformed city employee retrieving the cop car from a body shop which happens all the time.

This cop is a prick. People also drive like shit. Most people drive too fast and follow too close to vehicles in front of them. You should always be driving at a speed that allows you time to stop for a vehicle or any other object at a complete stop in the travel lane.

I’m curious. I see a lot of these videos. Do Americans always just engage cruise control, and switch their brains off? I mean, how the feck do they not see a car stopped, or stopping? It really baffles me.

Cop said paper work, sitting on dangerous highway. I didn't see anything. But someone with a weed pen in car its a full investigation, helicopter,swat team, 12 patrol units,K9, 3 state cops. Lol.
