If this student did this to someone else, police would charge him at minimum with 1- disorderly conduct and 2- attempted murder.

Those cops think they're invincible. The punishments they receive never fit their crimes. If they did this to me or someone I loved, I would make sure they paid for not only what they did to me, but to everyone else they did that to.
