Lady AND man said, "dog won't come out of the fence". Lady VOLUNTEERED to open gate. Said "dog won't come out of fence". Lady opened gate. DOG CAME OUT OF FENCE. Dog approached officer & bit officer. Officer shot dog. Am I seeing that correctly? If so... cop did nothing wrong.
