For what it’s worth, Retaliatory arrests/citations are illegal. Usually hard to prove but this video would make for a very easy case. can’t say “I was going to give a warning but now want to change it to a ticket bc some strangers hurt my feelings.” Nieves v. Bartlett (2019)

That cop should go to the gym and then fight real crime.

Why? He gave the guy a break. He could write him a ticket if he wants without any need to explain himself. Don't break the law, you won't get pulled over. Pretty easy.

That cop needs to be investigated for abuse of power in all of his previous arrests. He has clearly shown he will abuse it by threatening the driver for the actions of bystanders.
