🚨Take a listen to what this officer thinks is "Reasonable Suspicion". The fact that he has a person with a 'DSLR camera' taking pictures from the right-of-way, of airport fuel tanks, ... he calls that "reasonable suspicion". He apparently doesn't understand he needs reasonable, articulable, suspicion of a CRIME to detain someone. You have to be able to say what the crime is. Illegal detainment is a 4th Amendment violation. This officer just made a big mistake which should end up in a lawsuit. Why aren't police departments everywhere training their officers better on these issues?
