Cops delay ambulance to get a confession

The man was already in handcuffs,the cops could have called the ambulance early and still get their confession..That was inhumane on the cops part

This is not right. What if the man had collapsed? The cops could get that confession when he’s in a stable condition

This is nothing new , where I'm from , there was a guy who got shot at the club, the police came and they didn't call the ambulance for him, when the ambulance did eventually come , the police refused to let them take him and they let him die on purpose because he was a drug lord
