If the question is “Does the public record from this week support the idea that Trump has been generally incapable, exhausted, or disengaged because he looked tired during portions of the 9/11 ceremony?”, the answer is not really. There is substantial evidence of a very active schedule immediately beforehand. AP describes the ceremony as a commemoration of the Pentagon victims, with Trump and Hegseth reflecting on 9/11 and current national security.

I don't have enough information about Mowrey's health, sleep, physical condition, medications, workload tolerance, etc. to make a meaningful individual comparison between he and Trump. But I can say being 80 doesn't mean a person should be visibly energetic every waking minute. Nor does being 80 mean a person necessarily lacks the capacity for demanding intellectual or executive work. Aging produces enormous individual variation. Presidential work isn't measured by whether somebody looks animated while sitting through a ceremony. The much more informative evidence is whether the president is actually doing the job: receiving intelligence, meeting advisers, making decisions, communicating orders, conducting negotiations, addressing the public, and responding to crises. This week, the public record shows Trump doing all of those categories of activity, including active involvement in the Iran conflict. However we can speculate that Chris Mowery, as a youngster, has accomplished almost nothing in his entire miserable life and that at 80, if he manages to live that long, will likely be wheelchair bound and will sleep endlessly
