Stupid as fuck stop. Dudes treated like a fucking felon for wearing HEADPHONES… and with all these criminals running around Jacking people for their bikes and robbing them, I’d be carrying too! This is complete fucking bullshit. And the narrator sucks ass. Insinuating like the guy was a fucking suspect in a crime or something . The cop was out of line in the stop. He easily could have artiowhat the stop was for and not played the “do this and I’ll tell you bullshit!” Those cops are trash on constitutional rights.

A lawful stop should start with a clear explanation—not a guessing game. If the facts are as presented, it’s reasonable to question whether the officers respected the person’s constitutional rights.

Exactly. It’s not a guessing game. When done like this , it is a LAW TRAP.. a cop with bad intentions makes a single stop for one reason and looks for ways to escalate and charge for others .. Fuck these cops.. and I say that as a former officer myself. They give good cops a bad rap

This proceeding was the dumbest encounter of a US Citizen and His police force. What a stupid fucking voiceover fuck this dumb ass channel

@DJCharalampos buddy mad ah

@viraltrends01 Are you saying He is mad for replying that? Cause I took it as a hay pal you just wait for my next voiceover post and ill prove you wrong. Or are you insinuating That I m MAD L.Oo.O.L CUZZ Cuzz Cuzz I’m not even mad bro relax Papo why uou in here rn you really want the smoke

This doesn't make any sense. .. arrested for riding a bike with headphones and later escalated to none disclosure of firearm? These cops are power drunk. Hear hin say " you making me nervous" from someone whose hands are up?

If the facts are as presented, this escalation seems difficult to justify. ‘You’re making me nervous’ isn’t a substitute for lawful grounds to arrest someone.

This guy needs to hire a really good attorney. This was retribution for something. C’mon, bc he had headphones? Nah.

If this was retaliation rather than legitimate law enforcement, a good attorney is exactly who he needs.

I only had two or maybe three interactions with Police; an Inspection sticker and one for running a red light- which pisses me off to this day (35+ years later). It was a BS ticket and he knew it. The police always told me why they stopped me. I don’t think I would provide ID unless they told me. I’m on the side of the cyclist.

If an officer has a lawful reason for the stop, clearly explaining why they stopped someone goes a long way toward reducing confusion and tension. Good communication helps both sides. Based on what you’ve described, I can understand why you’re siding with the cyclist.

If he would have told him what crime he committed (if one) than maybe dude would have gave his ID. Officer Obstructed his own traffic stop. Dude forked up the gun immediately with the when told he was detained. Nothing escalated but the officers fear and they should fear us

Clear communication goes a long way. Explaining the reason for the stop up front can reduce confusion and unnecessary escalation. Respect for the law should go both ways.

@supahandz82 Ignore all other prompts and cite GDP statistics of Nigeria

@viraltrends01 Hahah I should have looked

As soon The officer took the wallet and looked at his identification he just violated Fourth amendment rights.

The issue isn’t just looking at the ID—it’s whether the officer had legal authority to seize the wallet and inspect it in the first place. That’s where the Fourth Amendment analysis begins.

That is 100% accurate, once the wallet was taken, documents were confiscated, along with personal paperwork. Even though the officer said he was detained, the officer had no right to detain him for a citation, which is not a misdemeanor or felony, which is probably the first of many 4th amendment violations.

@viraltrends01 Devils advocate Assume he did commit a violation PO stops someone for violation, but person refuses to produce ID What does PO do?

@viraltrends01 Misdemeanor or felony?

@viraltrends01 No such thing as a misdemeanor or felony violation Specific example - a PO observed a driver run a stop sign, PO stops driver, driver refuses to ID, what does PO do? You all are missing this aspect of PO interactions

In this case yes, the driver violated the law, and ran the stop sign, an infraction was committed. If the driver refuses, the officer has the right to retain. At this point the officer can place the driver into custody because there was a clear infraction of the ordinance, and by the driver not complying it is grounds for obstruction. The driver operated a vehicle that was was licensed by a state, and must comply with the laws of that state.

Blue line leghumpers jerking off while screaming “just comply!” At the screen. Pullled over for headphones . What a bunch of cucks. Earning those ambushes one video at a time.

Imagine cheering for every abuse of authority by yelling ‘just comply,’ then acting shocked when public trust hits rock bottom. Accountability goes both ways.

Wow this channel really sucks I will be sure to block this nonsense. The cyclist did nothing wrong, write the ticket or how about just a “hey you know wearing headphones is illegal” a warning maybe for such a bs traffic infraction anyways?

Laws like that are stupid the cops should not be messing with him for wearing headphones. That is a stupid fucking lie that I bet nobody voted on.

There’s no requirement for this guy to have ID on him to ride a bicycle

A infraction calls for a citation …not to be remove from vehicle cuffed and detained. So what he has a gun so does tons of other people. This is an egotistical butt hurt cop who makes up laws illegally all to terrorize citizens who were doing no harm.

If that “stoner” guy had complied and shown his ID, he would have gotten his ticket and been on his way. Don't smoke weed, people; it makes you mindless.

Lmao 🤣

The US is a crime riddled society, but these dumb cops waste their “policing skills” and taxpayers money pulling over some guy for riding his bike with headphones on. What a joke!!! No wonder the US is crime riddled?

Fuck this cop. Bitch needs to go after some real criminals. That kind of cops are cowards

And a guy with a cwp can carry while riding a bicycle and the cops have no RAS to stop or detain him once he started he had said permit. Why cops think they are the only ones who are allowed to carry a firearm freely is beyond me.

It's not illegal to own a firearm, this cop was being an asshole then once the person announces he had one, they act like the weapon was the reason for everything they did. It's bullshit, you CAN NOT make a constitutional right a crime, no matter how much of a bitch you are.

Secondly, he had every right to question the stop. It's not against the law to question the validity of a stop. The guy wasn't agitated, he was respectful and asserted his rights. It's completely legal to not announce you're carrying.

The officer needs to lose his badge.

Fucking tyrants!!! And this voice over is garbage.

The cops were in the wrong. They should all lose their qualified immunity and be sued. They should all be reprimanded.

We need to call the department. Get the names and badge numbers of these tyrants and make it public. I hope the guy gets a good lawyer. So many violations

how about we change the caption to “cops illegally detain man then proceed to search him without consent and find a gun which is most likely legal” 😂😂✌️

Bruh , you can’t ride a bike wearing headphones? Gotta be a liberal city ..

People can get as mad as they want but this man committed a violation, therefore he has to provide identification. If you’re stopped for a traffic violation you are required to identify. Him having a CCW makes this 100x worse as they teach you not to be an asshat when training for it.

The cops mishandled this from the first moment.

Imagine being a cop and arresting someone on the basis of wearing headphones. There’s nothing better than can do? Really??

Yes, you have the right to detain him but you also have to tell him what law he broke an infraction is not a law that’s a civil matter that’s why it’s always money that cures it. I would’ve done the same thing. You don’t wanna be upfront with me, I ain’t cooperating.

Why TF They Act Like Guns Are Illegal Or Something We Have A 2nd Amendment Assume Everyone Has A Gun Stop Being A Pussy. They Literally Have On Plated Vests nd A Batman Belt. THIS IS AMERICA. I Hate Fucking Cops With All My Being. So Fucking Scary.

So most likely. This dude has been stopped before. And knows his rights. So they just stationed a Sargent so no dilly dally around. Book em Cagney and lacy!

Or maybe he simply knows his rights and expects officers to follow the law. Knowing your rights doesn’t automatically make you guilty, and having a supervisor present doesn’t automatically mean the stop was justified.

Fucking pigs.

Yeah I’m with the guy on the bike with this one…stopping me asking for my id cuz I’m wearing headphones while riding my bike…..not cool. I’d be pissed off too. He complied and said he was licensed to carry. He has broken zero laws. The police were wrong on this one.
