What did our ancestors call the moon before they arrived on Earth? The obvious answer is they didn’t. Names are human constructs. Language is human. The moon existed long before we did. But if our ancestors sent us here deliberately — if consciousness arrived on Earth as part of a planned mission then they SAW the moon before we evolved to name it.
