Core Completes Hard Fork to Resolve Reward Issuance Issue Core DAO 🔶 performed a hard fork of version v1.0.26 on its mainnet, successfully resolving a serious vulnerability in the network's reward issuance system. This change permanently reduces the total supply of $CORE tokens by 150M+ through protocol-level burning, fixing... show more

@Coredao_Org strong project. This like project ❤️

@Coredao_Org The hard fork is only half the story. Fixing the issuance bug without rolling back transactions or affecting user funds is a strong outcome, but the next test is whether reward emissions actually stabilize as expected.

@Coredao_Org This is a great move from core

@crazyweb3guy @Coredao_Org Grave confusion! Ce n’est l’offre totale de core qui a été brûlé. C’est l’excédent de volé faisant partie de l’offre en circulation qui a été brûlé. L’offre total reste toujours 2,1 milliards de core.

@Coredao_Org That’s great news for the $CORE community! A hard fork can be a huge step in improving network security and reliability. Excited to see how this impacts the ecosystem!

@Coredao_Org 💪💪

@Coredao_Org The important thing is whether Core's protocol treats that 150M as part of the 2.1B issuance schedule.

@Coredao_Org 🔥🔥🔥🔥🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀

@Coredao_Org The burning of 150 million $CORE tokens is more than just the simple buyback everyone had been anticipating eversince. It is interesting to observe how a situation that was going from bad to worse has turned around, leading to a much more favorable scenario for token holders😂😂
