It sounded likevthe secret langauge the AI's used to talk to each other. Ever see that video of the three AI's on the Iphones. When one AI recognized it was talking with another AI it started talking to each other in english and when a third AI was introduced the other two AI's recognized it and they all agreed to a secret language and started speaking in it. It sounded like that but really fast.

Even as a child I was like "Someone really thought Lazer, Cannon, Ray Gun, TELEPHONE??!?!" Still confused. Lifelong confusion.
