price fall in housing be good for the young people in the country

Why is a drop in house prices such a concern???? Stock market goes up and down all the time, why is it a problem for property, afterall it's an investment?

Up 20% a year- no worries. Down 10%- panic stations.

It hilarious watching an advisor to the pm talk about prices falling being a bad thing when there is an housing affordability crisis and people need prices to fall. 😳 #auspol

MOAR people. MOAR lower rates. MOAR simple economics.

We need at least a 30% fall but sadly the RBA, Govt, APRA etc will soon put a stop to this.

*Supply of houses being offered for sale. We still have a housing crisis. And a cost of living crisis. And an immigration crisis.

Immigration hasn't fallen.
