If they can't produce graduates that can full the positions - what are the teaching.. it's a bait and switch charge students high rates and they can't even get a job at the school they graduated from... Apparently we need not only new laws surrounding the use and appropriateness of H-1B visas, but especially laws about their use in American Universities. Perhaps federal money should be withdrawn from those Universities that hire foreigners for positions American citizens can fill?

Fun fact, in the Middle East and India they hand out degrees if family can afford to buy them. How many "Dr's" and "educators" have no real credentials at all ?

Every h-1b job application should require and entire video, advertisement, all the American applications, and exhaustive try to get these jobs filled by an American applicant. They should be listed on a government sight to allow someone who applied to refute the need for a h-1b visa to get approved. America 1st 🥇

Let me explain: they do the same thing in the summer with young people from South America. It’s a business, they pay them the statutory minimum hourly wage for jobs in various sectors. On top of that, they put them up in hotels, cramming five or six people into a room, and charge them weekly rent. The LLCs bringing them over are mostly owned by Americans. No American would accept that.
